ACC funciona a traves de una convocatoria abierta a realizadores nacionales e internacionales, los que tienen completa libertad para programar en sus respectivos canales, y sin mas compromiso que la confianza depositada en ellos y en su trabajo.

ACC mantiene abierta la convocatoria a aquellos realizadores que puedan mantener un canal publico, con una programacion de contenido artistico y dispuestos a permitir el libre acceso a sus obras.

ACC se hace completamente responsable y participe por las opiniones vertidas en cada una de sus programaciones.

ACC existe por la conviccion de sus creadores de tener un medio de comunicación libre e independiente.

ACC no tiene mas obligaciones que la de exhibir las obras, permitiendo el libre acceso de los visitantes a un material único que muchas veces no ha tenido la posibilidad de una difusion pública.

ACC podra parecer subjetivo o antojadizo, pero es nuestro deseo llevar adelante este proyecto de una manera mas seria que muchos canales de televison publica.
